US drug maker Kondler close to $ 6 billion

The US drug dealer, Cardinal Health (CAH.N), is close to reaching an agreement to buy medical equipment maker Medtronic (MDT.N) medical supplies for nearly $ 6 billion business.

After the acquisition of Covidien for $ 42.9 billion in 2014, this sale will improve Medtronic's business portfolio. Medtronic acquired the majority of medical supplies business from Kehui Medical, which operates a wide range of products, including syringes and various surgical equipment.

Sources said Medtronic and Kandele health have been in the exclusive stage of negotiations, the transaction may be announced later this month, but the source also said that the consultation is not impossible to finally rupture.
